China Minerals Files Freedom of Information Request

 China Minerals Mining Corporation ("China Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX-V:CMV, US: HWTHF) announces that the Company, through its legal counsel McMillan LLP, filed four requests under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia) ("FIPPA") related to the Kaska Dena Incremental Treaty Agreement and related matters affecting the Company's Cassiar Gold Project.

The request to access records under the FIPPA was made in connection with the Company's judicial review proceedings against the Province of British Columbia.
